It was okay. From the bowels of a hidden. Somewhere under the brick and steel over. This brick building. Once again made contact without. Hello everybody aren't they here are number 8773813811877. Create one. Create one what I've been chomping at the proverbial. It all day to get on the air. I see our president of the United States is going full Marxist. Redistribution. Of wealth all I ask -- got to look at it equalize incomes. Every country that tries that destroys wealth every country that tries that. Spreads misery. Every country that -- that is regressive. And more than that. The people lose their liberty. How we need to increase the minimum wage and minimum wage now let's increased from seven and a half bucks -- nine and a half bucks. Well if he can't live on seven and a half bucks and -- 10119 and a half bucks an hour. The issue is not increasing the minimum wage the issue is creating opportunity and a society. And the way -- great opportunity in a society is nothing that don't let big government. Was some law that congress passes. It's -- shirt. Aren't great so called middle class which is a Marxist and a -- play along. Our great middle class was it created by the new deal it was it created by the minimum wage. It was created before the new deal and the minimum wage. And many of that great. They great inventions that took place as I explained yesterday. I think the -- -- government. Electricity. Running water. The flush toilet. Light bulbs I go on and on the automobile airplanes. All invaded before Eric Franklin Roosevelt was president. 40506070. Years before with Brandon. This idea which conservatives too many body into. That would -- a strong centralized. Iron fisted government. That was about one department and agency after another without congress passing minimum wage laws and all these have a lot that somehow. We BA more just. And equal and fair society is absurd. -- -- -- The president going on and on we have to improve. We have to improve our society by. Equalizing incomes. Well whose -- is gonna be equalized. Really isn't that -- a 9620300. 400 million dollars what are we supposed to do those people. -- that take what they've created. What do -- invented things that are crucial to this society what if they have invested in. In in companies that invent lifesaving and life and approving drugs. Or improve our way of life and all these other things Barack Obama gonna decide that somebody turned to much money. It is the profit motive. The profit motive that creates profit and not just material. Profit. Not just profit in the form of currency but it. Prophet society that's the point. So we we hold up -- these. Government politician. FDR and Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama. Like -- compassionate human beings why. That they bring electricity -- everybody's also marked the TBA that TV today. Or the invention of electricity would even exist. Oh clean water and we have running water because that capitalism. The automobile which created mobility. So when you grow up and one Italian at this and one -- you can go to another town to go to another eight. Expanded liberty and opportunity that's the point that's what capitalism does. While unfettered capitalism we never had a unfettered capitalism that doesn't even make any sense. But we're certainly not talking about unfettered capitalism today. The federal government spit out over 80000. Pages of regulations every single year. Every that's just the feds it's not even the states and localities. 80000 every year. So in twelve years time. How many is at a million pages. A million pages of regulation who -- this stuff nobody can read this stuff. There's so many regulations that the congressional research service said we are not Null. How many regulations. Contain criminal penalties. All -- is there's thousands and thousands of them. And you ladies and gentlemen have to comply with them took all this effort equalizing incomes you know gets -- you look at. Like Obama care. Obama finally confessed. Meet on this program I've been making a point. Time and time and time again. Battle on the case is about redistributing wealth. It is not about health care it is about the stronger independence sovereignty it is about the -- the constitution. Your relationship that the government. And redistributing. -- That's why your premiums are going up that's why your deductibles are going up US subsidizing other people. In addition a subsidizing a vast array of new bureaucrats now more heavily pay. The way you unleash prosperity. Is to look great prosperity. Profit is not a -- work. Well this is not a bad -- Opportunity. Independence. Freedom. Obama never speaks these sports. Never. Incoming equality. Well and one of the places on the face of the years where they have the least amount of income inequality is North Korea. It's a hell hole. They have the least amount of income inequality in every federal prison in the United States. In other words where there is. Men don't fall in coming equality please listen to me this is important because we're thinking and talking outside the box. Weather is. The least amount of incoming equality in other words the least amount of freedom and independence and opportunity in individual motivation and all these other things. -- police states. There in police states. -- government then has the power. Equalize -- Has the power to destroy the individual. Because there are no limit I can be placed no boundary. They can be placed around such a government. And whether -- bit whether it's gradual. Or. You know quick. It leads in the same direction it's call here. If people understand anything about the founding of this nation I'm not talking about the founding. In terms of the declaration in the constitution I'm talking about the beginning of this country. Before there -- states. People came here. Not for incoming equality. They came here for a basic human liberty. Religious liberty. Lifestyle liberty. Income liberty. They were escaping one form of tyranny or enough. Feudal systems in an article systems unit. When our men and women go to war to fight for this country they're not fighting for income. He quality they're not fighting for the minimum wage. They're not fighting for the department of this in the agency of that they're not fighting for Obama -- the politicians in the bureaucracy in Washington. They're fighting for liberty. That's what they're fighting for. And we take different granite in this country. We I did the stupid argument at a minimum -- Diana at a minimum wage minimum wage what. We wanna encourage people. To work their way through the process to work their way up the latter to learn things at the most basic levels. And then you move to the next level -- -- level on the next level that's how you learn anything. Whether it's education whether it's experience what ever it is you don't start in the middle. Don't start at the top of my joint -- We can't have already there. -- sure we can't. And sure we should. You either support. Liberty or you know. And this is why we've gotten ourselves into the situation wind today we allow these -- These political -- Whether they're intelligent or not whether they've experienced or not they get elected office and then they think they have the power. To control to. Control our environment I'm not talking about the and the water although that's -- our environment -- exist -- what kind of car we can have a kind of home we can have what kind of -- -- -- have. -- hope recon. That well did a president. Run for office on contraceptives. For dad -- What avoid that problem. Redistribution. Of wealth we now have a president. Running around the country. Talking about income equality and redistribution -- well. And I was criticized from day one calling the man a Marxist. Than what is that. What is it. Fundamental transformation my foot. This man has never -- a nice thing and manic. About the framers of the constitution. About the men and women who preceded them. About our civil society. About a magnificent. Capitalist system at least it used to be. Our industries are knowledge. Our capacity our capabilities. Now. He's constantly trashing us constantly -- -- down. And of course he mr. imperial president they'll fix it off. Well -- Castro couldn't do it. And house Obama and if all these other. Little imperial types and dictator types couldn't do it what makes him think he can get. What makes him so special. And he thinks he can. Reach -- society. The answer is he's not he can. He's a day he's he's a -- one man wrecking ball but. I'll be right back. I didn't. -- eight cents. We need more income equality now keep in mind. This man has done more damage to more people in this country. Than any president in my lifetime even more than cart. The unemployment rate. Remains historically high for historically long period of time. The median income has gone down under this president. However you measure. People are worse off price of food the price of energy all of gone up under this president. And now health care people are struggling to find health care. They're struggling to keep their health care. They're struggling to hold on the their fulltime jobs which are being a part time jobs. It's absolutely unbelievable and then he pretends to care about the people. -- pretends that he's concerned about income inequality. And then health fly off the Hollywood where all the millionaires and billionaires aren't. To get his campaign donations. He'll use the hard. Work. -- people who pay taxes and have modest incomes. They'll take their tax dollars. And flat. Millionaires and billionaires with Tony green this project in green that project could take care of them. Who's this guy think he's -- But it's even worse than that ladies and gentlemen. He's not only an economic Marxist which means he's an economic illiterate. He's not only attacking not just the economy in this country. But the liberty that undercarriage that society. But he's destroying. He's destroying our constitutional system. And there was a hearing yesterday in the House of Representatives of very good here a very important. Number of witnesses attended including liberal law professors. And some of the liberal law professors were. Quite concerned about what this president is done. Because they understand. Even though most of them don't they understand. What an imperial president could do to our country liberals and conservatives like. So we're gonna spend some time on this because Ivan pointing this out. Week after week month after month year after year and I like all the other radio homicide Natalie pointed out. I run a little legal foundation the Landmark Legal Foundation we've been challenging this president we actually need him. Over the National Labor Relations Board appointment. Where are pastoral like president. Concluded. And decided unilaterally. Bet that congress was in recess in particular the senate. And that's why he would make appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. Even though they weren't in recess he's said they where he made the appointments and then they were sitting there issuing decisions. Because he put his disciples on this board. It's not elected board. -- -- union boss thugs on this board. To advance his agenda. He also did it. Under Dodd-Frank. Same exact thing and by the way the Republicans capitulated on at all -- the this is still being. Litigated it's just gone to the United States Supreme Court. You wanna see landmark legal foundations -- you -- landmark legal dot Ford landmark legal battle -- but. This is just the tip of the iceberg what this -- So we're gonna spend a lot of time on this. As soon as I come back. Races left. Ears. Earl Wright right who's wrong call marketing 77381481. Bomb. I worked as a candidate. A couple of Summers. And going to school and in the minimum wage. To forget what it was way back when. Every clean public toilets. It's pretty Dan Gross. I didn't aspire -- the minimum wage in clean public toilets. Or Jarno mostly guys who have a bad -- game. There's nothing more grotesque. But you do these things. And actually learn from these things -- what does I think he'll learn is I don't wanna do that the rest and maybe how to get an education and may be I'd try something else that this is this is experience that's what it's call. We can't raise a family on that. One may be OK then don't do something else tries something else. I -- only got to earn a living wage what you living wage. Who decides that all the politicians this -- IC. -- let's stop playing games around here ladies and gentlemen these politicians are always in it for something. You wanna know why the liberal politicians pushed for increasing the minimum wage. They increase they pushed for increasing the minimum wage. Not because they give a damn about people who are earning the minimum wage. Because a lot of these big labor contracts are tied to the minimum wage if there's a percentage increase in the minimum wage. Then there's a percentage increase in a labor contracts so let's stop playing games about this these same left wing politicians. They coddle illegal aliens they don't want to secure the border. They'd bring people in here to get paid under the table three bucks an hour they've got no problem that same with the US chamber of commerce. So let's not playing games that suddenly these people like humanitarian who call for increasing the minimum wage -- not. They're not in the least. Now back to and that there in the they're related back to our lawless president patch right long last president lawless. Now everybody says that -- good for everybody else it's about time they caught up. And a very good hearing in the House of Representatives yesterday which is probably why wasn't covered. Bob good -- I don't know this man but he was pretty good at the hearing. We're gonna take some time with this because this is -- Our country. And we need to take time of this. Bob good -- Republican Virginia but he's an amnesty guy so keep that in mind -- was good on the -- -- -- Not one -- Although the president's actions may not yet come out to the executive powers overtaking the legislative power. They are certainly undermining the rule of law that is at the center of our constitutional design. From Obama care to immigration the current administration is picking and choosing which laws to enforce. But the constitution does not confer upon the president. The executive authority to disregard the separation of powers. By unilaterally waving suspending or revising the laws it is -- bedrock principle of constitutional law that the president must. Faithfully execute acts of congress. The president cannot refuse to enforce the law simply because she dislikes it. Exactly right. So congressman Bob good lad -- just accused the president of the united states of high crimes and misdemeanors. As defined. -- traditions. And applied under our constitution to impeachment. -- it's true I'm sorry. I'm sorry to throw a parent a swimming pool but it's true. Match right. Present the United States is supposed to faithfully execute the law. He put his hand on the Bible left hand and above all right hand in the air and that's what he's where's it go. He takes an oath he solemn -- To the American people to the constitution. They got almighty. And he violates it repeatedly. What the consequences for something like that. While there aren't criminal statutes course. -- -- -- -- And I the united about a -- what are they gonna do about it. -- -- -- Continues cut to go. President Obama has proclaimed that quote I refused to take no for an answer and quote. And that quote where congress won't act I will end quote. Throughout the Obama presidency we have seen a pattern President Obama circumvent congress when he doesn't get his way. For instance while congress is currently debating how to reform our immigration laws the president effectively enacted the DREAM Act himself. By ordering immigration officials to stop enforcing immigration laws against certain unlawful immigrants. When he couldn't get his preferred changes to the No Child Left Behind education law. He unilaterally waived its testing and accountability provisions when he objected to the work requirements in the bipartisan welfare reform law. He granted waivers that are specifically forbidden. By the statutory text. Instead of working with congress to amend federal drug enforcement policy. He's instructed prosecutors to stop enforcing certain drug laws in certain states and mandatory minimum sentences for certain offenses. And most notably the president passed without statutory authorization. Waved suspended an amended several major provisions of his health care law. Now what he should do is in front of each one of those items but the phrase whereas. And then entitle the document. Impeachment charges. Whereas the president has acts the president has why the president has Z the president has this the president. He's just listed. All the charges. The -- and in the United States. And these are very very serious allegations. And it's getting worse. It's getting worse. No of course he won't be impeached I'm not look at this house or representatives. You know how many of these members wearing depends I bet it's a whole bunch I hit a -- before they go to the floor of the house -- the senate. -- in my wanna put these -- And yet. President likes to say why was elected. What do I say every time he says that. -- constitution. Is not up for election it was not up for election and it cannot be up for election. The president's reelection. Does not confer upon him -- how -- violate the constitution. Of the United States. -- statute better probable probably got passed by congress. He has no such apart. His election doesn't change any of that. He's elected. To do a job that is the fine. In the constitution. -- enumerated specific hours. All this tablet where he goes on and on about. I'm -- -- -- -- income inequality I'm gonna fundamentally transform America you should get this usually get that. There's no power to do any -- -- This is illegitimate how. Any -- here later. The president confesses and -- he brags. That Obama cares about redistributing wealth and you know what redistributing wealth is about. Plunder. It. He's wondering -- he's wondering you know. But don't wary of contraceptives. For free contraceptives. That's all the time. That's all it took to elect the -- Governor elect of Virginia all contracts at all. Yeah we got our strategy down what get that single woman vote like contraceptives. Yet because they're so hard to find in some expense. Jonathan Turley. Is I don't even I had to define enemies is quite liberal. But on the other hand sometimes he's quite good he's a professor of law at George Washington University I've talked to the guy. I know him any fleetingly and passing and and he and I were on the same side when he came to the Clinton impeachment. I was a personal matter you know that's. Perjury obstruction of justice conspiracy. That's a personal matter lying to a federal judge ultimately being held in contempt all my yeah. Everywhere in the bedroom wasn't in the bedroom. Under the desk in the Oval Office but that's beside the point. Now he's out there campaigning for women's rights. The sick would become. Anyway Jonathan Turley at this house hearing yesterday. Not break out we don't have. To hyperventilate. To look at a problem this time kind of say that this is not about who the president is today for what he's trying to achieve. What is lacking from the other side. Is any notion of what the world will look like. In a tripartite system if the president can clearly ignoring any deadline a major piece of legislation. Exclusive hold classes of people from enforcement. Question is what is left and end poignant work it. At Madison described and I would suggest what's left is a very dangerous and unstable system. Let me help them when he's trying to say is what is left is an imperial president. Getting increasingly dictatorial. And quite frankly I've said this before unhinged. That's right I said he's on hand. Board Jonathan Turley cut forgo. What's America look like in the next 25 years if we have executive upon executive. That builds upon this this this continual stretching our disregard of the constitutional restraints and the disrespect for article one. I -- I need I really yeah I have great trepidation of we're we're heading because we are creating. I need a new system here something that is not always design -- rising fourth branch in the system this tripartite. The center of gravity shifted. And that makes it unstable. Within finance system you the rise of the -- presence. There could be no greater danger for individual liberty. And I I really think the city movie tremors be horrified by that shift because every single day dedicated themselves to this creating over. And we lost. And we've lost that you might call a post constitutional period. I wonder if these professes a red America hope because it's all laid out right there. Chapter reversers at verse and chapter. All right there. Same with the liberty amendments it's all right there. Yes. We are now unconnected from our constitutional system -- I understand their aspects senate that Leon -- We pretend not honor. But in the main we are unhinged. From -- on board front. And the questioner was Steve King the great congressman Republican from Iowa. One more Jonathan Turley well actually one more to the break. He's asked a question by George holding Republican North Carolina cut five go. Throughout your testimony you've alluded several rounds that there -- instances that you believe that the president has stepped over the line. Blew you off we've talked about a number of them but I just ask do you depth recap and maybe give us our top five instances where you think that he is. -- overstepped the line and breach the constitution. First of all I should have been testifying at this here. No brag just fact. I should have been testifying at this hearing I could relate this better than anybody. I had. LA is thank you very much at -- I do think that there's a number of -- provisions in the NCAA did you say I'm here he didn't -- lines need. Made the decision an individual mandate strike me as a rather obvious policy determination from with the president that he did not want to see it didn't force. Given the amount of public opposition that occurred and accusations of being switch. Those are all political issues. And that this was not some Clean Air Act regulation that was stuck in the mire of regulatory. Tell disagreement access to a commanding control statute. I also believe that. CI. AMP mandate. Insurance mandate which is also extended. You constitutes a significant change in legislation. I also the belief that the immigration issue it's well crossed the line. Eight I'm -- I actually agree with president. You know I'm the decision that was made. But it doesn't matter because it was not made in a way that he is allowed under our constitution. And that's the point. That's the point in the left. Doesn't give a damn and a Democrat party doesn't give a -- the process matters. The process is everything. The constitution is about the process. It's about separation of powers enumerated powers. It's about states' sovereignty it's about certain limited federal powers. It's about your liberty. That process matters. You're never gonna know what courtroom the process matters. And the fact this. The end justifies the means destroys the process. Which in our cases the constitution. There's more. As we lay out the case. Against our lawless imperial president. Gold line -- you diversified in your portfolio. It's called a part of it with all the economic uncertainty surrounding our country today diversifying is the Smart thing to do. I think he should consider gaullist party -- powerful. I know many -- -- -- so -- why are you playing these professors and congressman you -- all these things and much more over the years. -- that's true but I went and others others who who grieve with us. This is a professor turley again here's a different clip. Cut six -- On the other one. The other two that really come out of to me is really easy IE the issue of the 454. Million dollars in the prevention fund. The issue for me federal health care insurance exchange and also the 700 billion for the state exchanges. And finally the economy. Let me stop and I hope you're listening Chief Justice John Roberts what professor turley is saying is this long. Your vote. Claim to make constitutional even though it's not. The disaster. And the president is using. Unconstitutional. -- Fiat. Regulations. Constant lies to the American people he's using. At least. To rule over us. To rule against us because we reject this we don't want to. You know all this talk about millennial six months ago I didn't know what the word millennial mad now I know what it means there's the millennial testimonials. Like the young people in this country the next generation are from Mars or something. I've said before we must stop. The fighting ourselves and ethnic groups in age groups and everything else. Because they're right policies the right principles will attract people from all walks of life. And I'll get to that later but the fact of the matter is this president is utterly. Lawless. Contemptible. I'll be right back. He's here. Normally underground. So easily hidden. Somewhere under the brick and steel. This brick building. Once again made contact without. Hello everybody Mark -- here I. 773813811877381. 38111. Other thing about this. Quality stuff from Obama. Ever talks about liberty opportunity. Private property and so forth and so on. What do you think the president is doing this today. Because tomorrow. Is union boss buddies are planning to call strikes. It fast food restaurants. And so Obama doesn't have any integrity whatsoever. These and his buddies. They help pay for his elections. They help cover the precincts that helped beat up people who disagree with him. Why do you think they're attacking Wal-Mart same reason these unions. Went to compel people. Who work at fast food restaurants just imagine all the people. Who work at Wal-Mart the largest retailer in the nation if not the world. To be unionized they want a close union shop. Not state by state not industry by industry they -- top down and they want Obama to Philip. And most of these people don't want to. Hope that it doesn't matter what they want just like Obama -- doesn't matter what you want. This isn't about compassion it's not about justice and fairness this is all about power. Centralizing power. In fact dictatorial power. Fast food restaurants being targeted at Wal-Mart -- times. Anyway yet let us continue there is one more statement made by. Michael cannon. At yesterday's hearing on Obama's lawlessness a few well. He's the Cato institute's director of health policy studies. He had the courage to point something out. He wasn't encouraging this. He had the courage to point it out. And by the way hacked hip hot air from many of the audio here not that many of the audio clips. Among other places. Cut seven to -- There is one last -- covers it. Things which people can resort the government does not. Respect the the restraints of the constitution places on the government Republicans -- about our our right to Alter our government Tora revolutionary right to overthrow it and that is certainly -- -- no one wants to contemplate but as I mentioned in my day it might have written. And my -- testimony is that people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws that they will. Do that neither today that's -- this is a very very dangerous sort of thing for the for the the president to do to want to -- -- the laws that's try to impose obligations on people that the legislature did not approve. This is a point also. He's quite right that I made in liberty impunity. If the government becomes a lawless. And the government becomes illegitimate. If the government becomes lawless the government becomes illegitimate. Why did the people have a responsibility to comply with illegitimate government actions. This is a huge problem. This is also why among other reasons I wrote the I'm not talking about I'm explaining that I wrote the liberty and because there has to be a lawful civil way. Other than violence. To address a lawless president and law less. Policies that are being issued by this government. And George Mason talked about it he said there needs to be a pass for the people other than violence should congress become oppressive. And by congress she -- the entire federal. The life. And that's the reason for the book the liberty -- man. Because our government in many ways is flawless and the president of the United States is conducting himself flawlessly. And he's being. Urged to -- -- -- -- Democrats. Legal wanted to go further. Same with many other professors. He should run for a third -- He should use more executive -- He should we interpret this statute that statute. As I've said many times before this is a totalitarian mindset and they happen. They have it. Now. Obama today. Setting the stage for tomorrow. Things food restaurants. Strikes at fast food restaurant pressuring -- let me think about this what do you get the fast food restaurant. You get a better meal. Than any meal you can get in 95%. Of the world. For a couple of bucks. Fast food restaurants in this country. Feed millions of people every day who otherwise wouldn't be. I another attack. Like everything else in this country that's -- But they've provided enormous service. They do more active feed more people. And yes with nutrition and Barack Obama Michelle Obama could ever do so well that's thank you and organic gardening have in the backyard. Or would their rules and their policy. What does warm active. Is what are -- for millionaires and billionaires I know they like to talk about the Walton family and so forth. But the fact of the matter is the reason it's the biggest retail on the face the -- is because people want to buy things at Wal-Mart. Nobody for -- it's like Obama care. Not forced to go to Wal-Mart and buy something you've got -- want package don't wanna go to Wal-Mart. Why do you wanna go to Wal-Mart. Because the prices. It's cheat. And why because they buying in bulk and they keep overhead down. Why isn't that compassionate. So people who aren't. Modest live links. They can use fast food restaurants from time to time. They go to Wal-Mart purchase things at a cheaper price than many other places. As a society we should be cheering these institutions. And others. Rather than trashing them. Trashing them. Well people -- -- a living wage people who are earning a living wage. Not millionaires and billionaires but a living wage shop at Wal-Mart. -- -- -- -- Restaurants among other places. Don't care about you. -- joke. So the man who is destroyed at one institution after another in this country. He's destroying our military's destroying mask. Each destroying -- parents he would -- profligate massive. Deficit spent. Everything he puts his hands. -- fundamentally transforming entering in to crack. Now he's lecturing us on redistribution of wealth and income inequality. Hillary Clinton's out there making two -- 300000. Dollars a speech but Goldman Sachs. Bill Clinton has become a multi millionaire do the same thing. Al -- is worth about a 150 million dollars spewing his. -- The Obama family. Multimillionaire some books that may never wrote I don't even know if he read the and there are lecturing everybody else about income any clouds pretty funny in a sick way isn't it. Keeps promoting -- Second richest man and Arab Buffett rule at a buffet rock ligament that's worth like forty billion dollars what about income any clock and it went. Points -- Kennedy to be ambassador to Japan. Right income inequality. But let's listen to some of what our president sent to the Center for American Progress AKA the center for an American progress AKA the center for an American regrets. And this is a group started by a Clinton hatchet man John Podesta. So of course Obama closer to speak. Here's what he said -- eleven go. The combined trends of increased inequality. And decreasing mobility. Pose a fundamental threat to the American dream our way of life and what we stand for around the globe. And it is not simply immoral claiming I'm making here there are -- practical consequences. To rising inequality and produce -- build. For one thing these trends are bad for our economy reduced mobility. This is interest. And I noticed it among the propagandist on the left I talk about my ability at some plants in liberty and tyranny. Among the things that enable us to be mobile. Is our Federalist system. Which states -- different. You can live in a in a state like Maryland we -- taxed to death and regulated to death thing here. Constitutional rights -- -- constantly whether it's the Second Amendment or some other amendment. We can live in another state like Texas where they're -- So mobility is crucial for liberty. Federalism is crucial to tenth amendment. State sovereignty screw. Within the constitutional context. I'm doesn't support any of -- -- so what's he talking about mobility. Public transportation that's what. Got to have public transportation and what is public transportation guests ladies and gentlemen. Clustered houses concentrated housing. You see they wanna manage where you live where you go. They want to manage how much gasoline you do it don't use a much what do you do it don't use -- -- -- managed which -- children needed school. Outside a school they want to control you reshape -- multi because they had that utopian vision in mind. Of course they're not gonna participate in any of their kids are gonna go to private school they're going to be extremely wealthy they'll get their doctors -- have their health care that's different. We need these mastermind who seek to control us so Obama and his -- reject the enlightenment. They reject the entire. Notion that undercarriage the last a western civilization. And fundamentally they reject what's at the core of Judaism and christianity. That is the individual. The individual's capacity. To learn. To do good to be tomorrow to grow to leave god out. They reject all of that. That's the nature too many ladies and gentlemen. So he's very very concerned about inequality. Really. Well it would help if we created more jobs in this country. And we have more equality. More people paying their own way. More people. To be successful. And self sufficient. To see it's not a matter of equality. Matter of liberty. I'll be right back. Chat while -- when millions lived in poverty FDR fought for social security and insurance for the unemployed and a minimum white. When millions died without health insurance LBJ fought for Medicare and Medicaid. Together we forced the new deal. Declared. A war on poverty and a great society we've built a ladder of opportunity to -- and stretched out a safety net beneath. So that if we fell it would be too far we can bounce back and as a result America built the largest middle class war was over -- Stop right there. What he means. From his words is that government built the largest middle class the world doesn't amount of government had nothing to do it. The largest middle class you know I don't like these class phrases because they come from mark but we have to play along in order to speak the same language at least momentarily. The largest middle class the world has never known as a result of the industrial revolution. FDR LBJ had nothing to do with the industrial revolution Obama has nothing to do with the industrial revolution. The American people. Built the great middle class the American people. Built the industrial revolution the American people are responsible for electricity and running water the American people are responsible for all the things. The government. That's not to say the government hasn't contributed in some ways. Hewitt thinks out with the trillions and trillions and trillions edit this as a way excuse my French -- something. Let's be clear. The government didn't break the great middle class the government didn't create all these necessities of life all these luxuries that we have. Eric -- in spite of the government. Pretty pathetic. -- Obama goes on and by the way. Reagan created more jobs. An FDR could've dreamed up. -- created more jobs and LBJ -- dreamed. But Republicans never talked about it. The massive explosion of job. Jobs and wealth creation. A small businesses and large business. -- for 25 years even Clinton took credit for. -- -- -- -- I can't pure capitalism we've never had York. But we embrace a lot of -- at least some of that at least. I mean Obama -- demonstrates that Obama care's been more diet disasters than any company any any private decision I can possibly think -- You know when the price of oil goes -- they are cart -- This is very interest in me. Have a big government -- The biggest monopoly in the face of the earth is the federal government. It's not just an economic monopoly it's illegal monopoly. I talked about this before earlier this anti trust division at the Justice Department spent their for a hundred years. Agree whether or not philosophically or otherwise agree with its actions are not -- in particular cases. The fact of the matter is at least the theoretical reason we have an antitrust division is because we're not supposed to like trust right. What follows Obama care. But the biggest trust on the face yeah. So why don't -- antitrust division go after Obama camp because -- of the same. Private sector Sox government's right. So government gets bigger and bigger and bigger. It's authority is more more concentrated in the hands of fewer and fewer people who exercise it through a growing army of -- And that's said to be good. And yet in the private sector it said to be. Maybe it is bad in the private sector. But in addition the government has the power of law. Which no private entity. That's the tyrannical part. A government monopoly is more than an economic might not. It's illegal and. His Obama. Cut thirteen -- as a trickle down ideology became more prominent tacky little says this is the thing. This -- -- stuff. This is this is eight it hit an effort. By economic illiterates by morons. To dismiss capitalist. Trickle down economic. What do we have in poverty in in in Obama. Trickle down misery. Trickle down economic dislocation. Trickle down poverty. Trickle down. This is just more this class warfare formula. Let me ask you folks something Obama care right now is the biggest disaster in your lives I suspect at least for most of the Romanian. Who's responsible for the. Trickle down I had. That's trickled -- ideology became more prominent taxes were slashed. For the wealthiest while I'm here here here week out now he's trashing Reagan. And the most. Remarkable. Growth in our economy in modern American history. And improve the lives of more people than Obama could ever dream to improve. Insane with FDR and -- -- LBJ that's right I -- I'm sick of these bets in these lies about LBJ NF ER. And Obama and socialism and the radical left. That they've improved more lives in and fix that conditions the fact of the matter is Jimmy Carter was an incompetent socialist. He was a boat. And Reagan had a comment cleanup what is -- dead and he did exactly that. Interest rates were cut. Not a ridiculous 0%. But they -- -- Unemployment what's latched. There was an enormous wealth creation and job creation in this country. Obama likes to talk about any quality. What is they talk about jobs. That would help. But the greatest economic growth in modern history occurred under Reagan. And it occurred under Reagan because he's the most conservative president we've had in modern history and it was because he embraced capitalism. That's why. Does she was much more compassionate and FDR LBJ and Obama combined. Yeah understood economics. He understood American history he understood capitalism. Yet understood experience and what works not these clowns. I had -- To produce. Us all -- like schools and infrastructure. Were allowed to what. And first author and I would stop steps -- This guy just he's he is a serial liar. You know when they have that presidential podium and then they put the presidential seal up there and -- and the ceiling just let serial liar and then he speaks. And any talks. We once again make contact without. Hello everybody this is the power now. Our -- I'm mark within our number 87738138118. 773813811. And doing something I don't think I've ever done before. There's just. Too much good stuff here. Two more Obama clips. To more. The key is really not to listen to him but the listen to meet talk about it. That's the -- Obama at the senator for an American regress. Even the Pope knows about income inequality says it won't play but that's interest in. Did he consult with the Pope on Obama care and religious liberty in. Compelling people of faith who don't believe in contraceptives and abortion and all that stuff. Did he consult with the Pope on that you know. We give -- hope. Who's a great man and honorable man. Amanda got. He's also -- social. That's possible. -- effect happens all the current. I don't believe we looked at the Pope. Catholic and non Catholics for economic advice that gets me. Hey US supply side. -- -- and aren't. Mean that's not. The role of the Pope. But of course Obama will do whatever he has to -- twist whatever you have to twist. To advance his agenda. So suddenly the left -- separation of church and state which of course is not in the constitution. And I quote the Pope. Here's Obama cut fourteen go. In fact this trend towards growing inequality is not unique to America's market economy. Across the developed world it inequality has increased. Some some you may have seen just last week the Pope. Himself spoke. About this -- eloquent like. How could be you wrote that it's not the news item women and elderly homeless person -- exposure. But it is news when the stock market loses two points. But this increasing inequality is most pronounced in our country and it challenges the very essence of who we are as a people. Understand we've never begrudge success in America we aspire. Are known and you'll be -- success in America you have. Your entire life you have. During the three weeks your US senator and you have during your presidency when he talk -- your whole life. Has been committed to be grudging success in America. To trashing America. In some anyway. And that's the problem. She Obama is a radical egalitarian. Among other things and that's what marxists are leftists are. Unfortunately with the Democrat party has become. These people are radical egalitarian. There will never beat quote unquote equality now keep in mind. I'm talking about quote unquote economic equality when it comes to justice. While our system isn't perfect. It's the most perfect. And what we talk about equality what we need is. Equal under the law equal in the eyes of justice. This was crucial to the founding thought. It was crucial to John Locke. And -- to -- in so many the other great thinkers and writers during the enlightenment and so forth. It's crucial to the civil society. That people are treated the same way. Under the law. -- they're not treated differently because of whom they are their religion their race or sex and so forth. Unless of course there's a physical nature to what they do but pigmentation is not yet. And so forth. That's real justice and so. When our founders talked about equality they were talking about justice. Not economic justice not social justice. Legal justice. Moral justice. But they twist this word justice into radical egalitarian as -- what's radical egalitarian as a radical egalitarian -- -- totalitarian. It's the the handful of iron fisted types imposing their -- on the people. Now. This is addressed that went in America hoping it. And it's been addressed Atlanta by. By great philosophers. I've talked about it before played those republic. Has a caste system. Ironically platinum gold and bronze much like obamacare. But he supports a caste system but for the vast majority of people. They need to read the same thing dressed the same way eat the same way live the same way. Quality for the masses. Quote unquote. Thomas -- utopia. Which is we talked about a went before. Some people say it's a fiction. Some people say it's nonfiction. I say it doesn't matter. The radical. Communist ideologues. Point to Thomas -- is utopia all the time. As an example of the kind of society that they. That they seek. There's a limit on the number of people like eleven a family limit on the number of people who can live in a community. People who live in the urban areas at some point have to be moved to agricultural areas to see what it's like to grow Mao was very much. Likeness. And the teaching is very. Structured and what can be learned is very structured and everybody eats like in a commune they eat similar food I -- it goes on and on and on. In many think Thomas Moore was was mocking out. The crown but some people think he was it doesn't matter. The idiots. In the Communist movement many of them embraced. And we can go on and on to the great thing about. About America. As I say even before the declaration the great thing about America. To rejected all of this. John -- talked about America as one of a handful examples. -- you had a real civil society. Why do people let's let's skip the little elemental and then I'll move along why do people. Originally joined into a government except they -- establish ago. What do they do. Why did we do -- in America. We did it. To have a just law. To have security. To enforce contracts. And things of this nature. To promote tolerance. In two. And he created basic law. Built on our moral experiences. In understand. That's. Why people entered into. Colonial governments and so forth. Again beginning summit element to him but that's okay. So when he goes on and on about. The quality quality quality he's a radical. Egalitarian. And radical egalitarian as -- essentially. Posits that. Really there can never be equality. But it must be pursued all the time. Who -- well. The government. I wanna ask a question. Is it not the case that some people are smarter than other people that some people are stronger than other people. Is it not the case that some people work harder than other people but some people work smarter than other people. And is it not the case that some people are luckier than other people what does it mean to be equal. If we're not talking about justice in the law but we're talking about economics what does that mean -- People do the same -- same job that you get the same paint. But what if they do a better job in the same job -- than somebody else. Why should they get the same page. But if they're more productive one of the more innovate what is the more pleasant. And don't we want people to strive to be better in all these regards in all these respects. There can never be quote unquote eat quality. Economically speaking they're never -- Even in the hell hole that is the Korean goal. All countries -- -- Look at the masterminds live. They live lavish lives off the backs of the people who are other slight. None of these societies work not. These systems are humane and now we're living. People struggle for their survival. We trash success we trash rock that we trash wealth creation. And yet it's all these things that have created the quote unquote great middle class not the government not labor unions not big business. No you that people have done. You've done. Not FDR not LBJ not Barack Obama you. Your grandparents your great grandparents and their parents in the pitch before the. The American people have done. And they don't want you to know this they don't want you to comprehend this. They want you to be reliant. On them. And on government. And so now Obama has unleashed on the nation. The most disastrous law in modern American history. Which is just miserable. Its effect on everybody. Regardless of income and race and ethnicity and sexual preferences and everything else it is horrible for the nation. And he keeps pushing it and pushing it and pushing it. In one lawless way after another and now he wants to talk about income inequality. That man -- president for almost six years. Are what are the Helen -- Seems like sixty years. His policies have done more to destroy right. A great middle class than any other policy. Not because he's a video -- Is not capable. Of circumspect -- he's not capable. So he presses ahead. We're not well known as that wind is not enough enough when do we have enough spending enough Gant enough yearly deficits. And the quality with with the federal pay and benefits package sources private pay and benefits package. But you're here you're quite right here -- exactly in fact. It's just more and more of an excuse for -- for an all powerful federal government. At that that was my point more effective and it. Are you take care what the quality that we insist on is equality under the law justice. And no we're not perfect -- But that's what we need. Equality under law equality before a judge. Regardless of who you are. When you enter into a contract it's to be honored regardless of whom you -- This is a moral imperative. In moral imperative. Now a just society and I'm not talking in the legal sense but a just society. Will try to help those -- -- less fortunate. But that's not about redistributing wealth. And then redistributing wealth that's that's not the same thing. People contributing. To improve a lot of of others who were less well off that's that's. That's understandable. But the redistributing wealth is the destruction of wealth it's to destruction of human nature. Certainly destruction of the American system there's no question about that Dustan. Northern Virginia that great WMA algo. You have market -- your haircut yeah. All right I've been in trouble with my standard sir I'll get right to the point. 11 thing I didn't wanna say I've -- the liberty amendment. Amazing book. Home applied to describe the altered one word I think leader. The -- ripping on my point. Markets about the executive branch did the framers ever had any intention. All -- One million. Have been an administration -- -- people committed decisions for him yeah. I am going a little further look at how come we don't split the executive branch in the somebody that'll stand up -- military. How come we don't split up the executive branch. I chipped it hit this one means position. You do up powerful commander achieved its position -- power you know -- is not a big powers in this and. That got a problem the problem is the who are looking for ways to evade the constitution better looking for ways to actually strengthen. And we don't have that in this press. So yes you need one president you can have multiple executives. Because that would lead to a variety of other problems I think. So I don't have a problem of that structure. But it is very crucial who according these type position. But you see now Obama has created precedent for lawlessness. The Supreme Court has created precedent from lawlessness. So the next radical Democrat is elected president there will be and whether it's Hillary or somebody in the future at some point. They want now. Pile on top of what Obama is done and push the envelopes edgy even further. In this is the problem. Yeah well the administration definitely divided. I don't think it's just one person when they're making decisions but at oral chasing his tail ridiculous. These media are just one that won't say mark. Wouldn't it be enough to get their older conservatives need to make a connection younger conservatives are out there either the kid boy is it -- clear -- confused. We know what's going -- and then when you -- How old you. Are how old are you. Weren't gonna see a young guy. Yeah. Eyebrow wolf thank you -- call you he's seen be focusing quite well that's -- very very important. Okay. Let's go to Benjamin. In New York to great WABC how are you Benjamin. Mark -- hear very well thank you. Particularly honored your average Joseph I wouldn't do everyday life but are you pretty often and I really do it -- that very well thank you very kind. Though I'm seventy years old and I'm in high school and and and I actually don't know their particular reluctant and that's bothered that the conservatives like that might not he -- if you're there. But either way it was dangerous to be part of your liberty amendments so once the library -- -- might. And that it -- -- end first so I didn't go to an appendix we're talking about your -- amendment. I think that wondering was it that you wanted to do but term limit them to court so what now you term -- -- -- end here. Under Supreme Court on just write on dark recesses and Supreme Court. Started I'm just wondering what do we have another pandemic that could that happen and we have another president like Obama for somebody who doesn't -- the competition. And if you let fate as a tutor to two term president so is justice it sort of seek him. Are you afraid there'd be some kind of obstruction without that happening. These justices are their that you want to that are as old sources are forced out term limits so. The majority of. Let's play this had a little bit so. The justices would served twelve years each. Ranked. In every four years three of them would come up correct. Your assumption is that means any two term presidency and have six justices picked by one president correct. But it's not really because. By the time his second term is over the the the the second. A group of justices. There would not even be an opportunity to have confirmed. Because of the timing of the inauguration in the timing of this election. -- remain. So. He he becomes present United States. And end in three justices are up. And going his first few months you know they go through the process of deciding of who they want and so forth and make the selection and that goes before the senate. In those people around for twelve years if they're confirmed they may not be concerned there may be a fight who knows. And then the next crop comes up. And and he makes the nomination after that but like the hiss -- thing about these amendments. As important as I think what I've written has been as much as I think they should be chiseled in granite what I see in the first chapter is. I don't claim to have unassailable knowledge. These are just my ideas for reform amendments that somebody has a better idea or somebody wants to adjust their somebody wants to propose something else great. The key is to have the state convention process. In the state legislatures through their appointed delegates to duke this stuff out. And to really put it to the test and make these decisions. I've had people who said look I don't agree with -- you're you're reform amendment when it comes to limiting me. Income tax to 15% and no higher I believe in the flat tax while I put a footnote in there and I said I support the flat tax still. And if that's what a state convention decides great. So I'm not I'm not saying that this this way in this is the only way what I'm saying is. These are things that I would do these are things I strongly believe in they can be adjusted art may be approved for that. They come out of one person's head mind but damn they're intended to try and promote this whole notion of the state convention process. To that change ultimate decision making a lot of key areas. To unravel the ruling class and to reestablish. -- federalism in the constitutional process. -- Just a -- -- and I mentioned editing your vote and so I'm not -- -- to Haiti and the teachers and I'm crazy. -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Parents replied I know. That means the teachers -- -- teacher hasn't read the book that teaches and ideologues like I had teachers like this and a lot of good teachers to but I had a lot of teachers like that. You're smarter than your teacher just stay on the course okay. And by the way I'm gonna send you a signed copy of the liberty amendments just give -- -- you keep Britain show the teachers say the teacher ever wants to call in I'd be happy to discuss it with a hammer. I and that is -- -- future relocation because so much I don't hang up we need your Agassi taking it. In Obama -- here. We're already seeing it's devastating impact on seniors particularly those who need Medicare Advantage to help them stay healthy and independent. Thanks AARP for putting us in this mess yes -- AARP was a key driver in this whole process. And while seniors are getting the short end of the stick ARP's laughing all the way to the bank -- -- -- me. -- AARP stands to make over a billion dollars thanks to obamacare. Now why is an advocacy group that's supposed to have its members best interest at heart benefiting while its members are suffering. That's why over one million folks over fifty have joined a Mac the conservative alternative to the AARP. A Mac listens to its members respects and -- their best judgment and fight for their needs and best interest. I am proud a Mac member and I highly encourage you to become one to -- also has wonderful discounts and wonderful benefits. If you become a member so visit a Mac dot US right now been joined again that's 8 -- eighth -- that US not dot com. Or call 888. 26 to 2006. That's 88826. To 2006. Only a couple minutes left but. Quite a poll taken by some Harvard group. May be Harvard itself. Not as reported at bright -- Jim multi stunning new poll of young adults age eighteen to 29 listeners this. Shows that in large numbers they've turned against Obama and Obama care. Among the youngest in this group those aged eighteen to 24. A full 52%. Support a recall effort. -- -- -- -- That would throw Obama out of office. That number is only a little better among eighteen to 29 year old 47%. Individual members of congress actually fare little better. With 45% of millennial favoring a recall. A majority do however favor recalling congress is all. Since his reelection Obama's overall probably young adults -- plummeted eleven points to just 41%. Which puts it in line with the rest of the country. And obamacare is even less popular with -- millennial. 57%. Disapprove of obamacare only 38%. Approve. Now this demonstrates something I've been saying all along we have conservatives whether the radio hosts whether they're politicians. Whether they're on TV. Panic in over the next generate. Not me. It's just a matter of us getting to them speaking to them these are our children and grandchildren this is what we need to do. In addition. Obama care is a quintessential. Left wing social engineering product that project. -- complete and utter disaster. And it's hurting young people and senior citizens. The most. So young people are now rejecting it -- the Republican Party. Used this as an opportunity. I doubt it but if the leaders. We salute our armed forces police officers firefighters and emergency personnel. My dear all have an audience -- tomorrow goodbye America I'll mark the event.
