Well mark look again.

Only underground. From the bowels of hidden bunker somewhere from to a brick and steel. This brick buildings. -- once again made contact without lead.

And this is Mark Levin and I and number 8773813811. 87738138111. I think mark Simone Manning to Clark for Bellingham.

Family matters there. And my dog I am and I'm gonna take vacations.

Frankly I thought Thursday was it for -- it's not. August 20 lives. Anyway.

You know it's gonna save this country.

Fifty party --

And I think it's worth.

Reminding everybody the impetus for the Tea Party movement. What does this name come from. Other Boston Tea Party. I've talked about this before do you remember what happened at the Boston Tea Party. The Tea Party.

Individuals who who were involved in that they were political activists they became political active. -- out of necessity. Eyewitness to history dot com has a very nice summary.

Battling the Boston Tea Party card and 1773. It -- to the American revolution. Victory in the French and Indian war was costly for the British. At the war's conclusion in 1763. King George the third in his government. Looked at taxing the American colonies way recouping the war.

They're also looking for ways to reestablish control over the colonial government senate become increasingly independent. While the crown was distracted by the war. -- on aptitude compounded the problem -- series of actions including the impact of 1765. That -- acts of 1767. And The Boston Massacre of seventeen avenue which we've talked about before. Agitated the colonists straining relations with the mother country. But it was the crowns attempt -- That's -- the colonists to action and laid the groundwork for the American revolution. The colonies refused to pay the levees required by the council -- claiming they had no obligation to pay taxes. -- posed by a parliament. In which they had no representation. And -- spots parliament retracted that taxes with the exception of a duty on T. A demonstration of parliament's ability and right attacks the colonies. So said the part. In May have 1773. Parliament concocted a clever payment plan. They gave the struggling East India Co. a monopoly on the importation of T. Two American. And parliament reduce the duty of the colonies -- have to pay for the imported -- The Americans would now get thirteen cheaper price than ever before. But at the -- pave the duty tax on the imported -- they with the knowledge and parliament's right to tax them. He was a staple of colonial life it was assumed that the colonists would rather pay the tax than deny themselves the pleasure. -- The colonists were not fooled by parliament's plane. When the east India company's same chips emptied of Philadelphia New York the chips were not allowed -- In Charleston. That he -- ships were permitted docket their cargo was consigned to a warehouse where remained for three years. That was all by patriots in order -- finance the American revolution.

In Boston the arrival of three T chips ignited a furious reaction. The crisis came go ahead on December 161773. When as many as 7000 agitated. Locals. Milled about the war for the ships were dot. Maybe you call them political activists. And mass meeting at the Old South Meeting House that morning resolved that the -- should leave the harbor without payment of any duty.

A committee was elected to take this message to the customs house. To force release of the chips out of the harbor. The collector of customs refused to allow the ships to leave without payment of a beauty. -- The committee reported back to the mass meeting and how erupted from the meeting hall. It was now early evening and a group of about 200 man some disguised as Indians assembled on a nearby hill. -- champs the crowd marched two by two to the war. Descended upon the three ships dump their offending -- of -- into the harbor award. Most columnists applauded the action while the reaction in London was swift and vehement. In March -- 174 parliament passed the intolerable acts. Which among other measures close the portable watched.

Diffuse that led directly to the explosion. Of American independence. Was now let.

These. Are the foundational historical facts. The modern day Tea Party movement.

Principled. Activists.

As -- November election is only about ten weeks away. It is crucial. That we continue to focus on the campaigns that will affect the future this nation. For generations to come without divergent.

And when I'm missing is that. Our opponents. Are pouring millions of dollars.

In the election of stated that this latest. They're not lying down for a minute they're not resting. They're not wearing off politics.

I personally believe you have to get involved in the congressional and senatorial races -- for going to make a difference. If our goal is to take back our government that we need to take it back. And we need to take it back -- sending to Washington citizens. Patriots. Who agree let us. Knew we must return to -- constitutional government. We must slash spending we'd much -- the budget and we must slash the deficit we can't just talk about it. We have to do what. And November is only their first back among money that must be taken. While this is the most important election in modern American history and it it is.

And on the sideline would be a disaster. And yet. Even this election isn't enough.

Our efforts. And not only just begun they can never end. That's because that threat we face.

Is an existential one that is that data do not --

They do not play by the rules they do not respond to the public's well they do not accept -- results.

Winning this election bio landslide I pray to god.

We'll just be the beginning. We need to attain the massive bureaucracy that is grown and -- and that threat to swallow us up. We must place more areas in front of the government's insatiable demands on our private property we must act act this. Latest at every level in every corner of government.

And in every way we can make up. And this means taking back the public schools -- from the NEA taking back. Barack or eight from the guest needs -- EST I use taking back our orders from foreign governments and their rock groups in this country. And it seems reestablishing. -- constitutional republic. Where that they have rail authority and the individual is -- let alone to live in freedom and this is what -- belief. This is what the American revolution was fought for this is no ER.

This is not only what we want this. Is what we -- We want not be tread upon by the big black government anymore. We want to be told what we must buy what we must eat what we must drive and how we must live. This is -- republic. That politicians work for us. We don't work for them we tell them what they do they don't tell us now --

I heard it. You should not get involved in politics. I've heard it said what's going on is bigger than politics. Let me tell you something. As a student of history for four decades. Our founding fathers believed in god. Even more they went to war for our independent. And established a republic based on his feet. That declaration of independence. Is a declaration about god given natural law and on -- right. But the founding fathers would never have heard the colonists.

Reports where politics. Not -- day. Another battle that we might wind.

On the contrary. They called for the nation to engage in the ultimate political battle revolution. The American revolution. And that revolution was unleashed. Press I -- because the British monarch refused to allow the colonists representation. He refused to allow the colonists that day and governance. He refused to allow the colonists to determine their own fate here on -- Any society that rooted in god given natural law as a society that what ultimately destroy it -- no question. It -- society that will become tyrannical. It is a society spiraling out of control like our society. That's downing fathers knew that they get out.

And they also were leaders in their community somewhere local politicians summer businessmen some dollars. They all became activist political activists and they --

You cannot separate philosophy from politics. You cannot separate are politics from god given natural rights.

So we rally. We meet. We pray. We preach.

But. My dad never ever are we going to leave this playing field with the enemy. Never ever surrender politics to those who would use government against that.

That's what happened last time around look what happened. Look what happened. We don't choose between god and politics we embrace god who directs -- in politics.

We know what the founding fathers did except that they went to war and risk their lives. All we need to do is organize and vote organize and vote. And enthusiastically. Grab -- hold the political system in this country and -- ground.

Now we all have our roles. We all have our missions we all have our -- we all have our motivations. And we all deserve respect from one another.

There is no perfect way there is no one way there are many ways. There are millions of ways for their millions of you. I felt a crucial in my own case. To get involved in the Republican primary process. I don't see how we change our government by preaching and complaining and rallying went out funneling all of our energy into a real effect. And neither did the founding fathers. -- candidate who presented themselves the last.

Our fellow citizens these are patriots. And they ought to help. How can we ignores them.

They stood up put aside their private lives and careers and Richard are calling they have volunteered to take on the very forces that have been trying this nation. And we don't leave them on the political battlefield would no backup. Are we to pretend were better than never let them face the latest in their paper army of national interest well lifting a finger. But we say this is bigger than politics do we mean to condemn these patriotic candidates as well are what we let them I had as they fight to defend this nation. I -- invigorated like never before. And I've been in this conservative movement since I was thirteen years all I'm invigorated because of year yeah. The citizens of this magnificent country US.

Spontaneously. Without a leader. --

People are trying to catch up to you.

Do it could end up.

New attended town on Tea. Party movement you attended Tea Party movement at a rally. You've educated yourself about history.

Economics. The constitution.

You'd seen the threat that your way of life. Figure levity to your ability to pursue happiness. You of people seeing the destruction of our traditions. Our institutions and our treasury and our culture. You see your own government at -- on the doubles Heidi.

And you are adding up.

You are all of Paul reveres the -- made this great nation and as long as you remain resolute at. As long as you do not surrender our political system because those W is our government to --

Now one other thing. This is not about. One person. What to people like ten people -- a hundred people it never has been.

It's about millions of you. About ready to you to -- Doing what you can in your own way. They say this country that you -- it's about camaraderie. Unity of purpose. It's about American.

We'll be right back most of the program the.

one other thing. Think Sean announced that after eight years including the freedom concerts.

Then he's raised fifteen million dollars for the children of found slain in. Injured soldiers. In the us in Iraq and Afghanistan war. Slipping go to college when they're of age. I'm gonna tell you something he wanted. That man. Has contributed. Almost a million dollars. This effort. Now he's going to be ticked off at.

Endless hours. Doing this. He does it from his heart.

He does it without media because he doesn't want TV cameras. He doesn't want the press that. -- hundreds of thousands of us have been.

And I just wanna thank him for everything he's done because I know he won't take up now. That we salute future we'll be right back.

Yeah okay.

They call him mr. Reich minister conservative. Mr. thousands of and call remark -- 77381. 4811.

army other American citizens. And Morales into the voting places like never before on an off year election you stride and I. Biggest drawing the private sector they're destroying our sovereign.

You're just trying to drive.

You better be --

I'm because this -- what may be our last chance and I'm not kidding me that people are sick and tired and people who are struck the.

We are gonna punish you on Election Day at the ballot box and you don't even see it coming.

Not -- gonna remain involved in politics.

We're gonna kick some real plans here.

Because that we don't take back the presidency. In a little over two years we don't take back at least the house. In a little over two months Thomas hall is right in May well be over.

So we need to stay focused.

On nominating. Conservatives. And then taking them over the finish line and that just the beginning.

It just the beginning and the founding fathers would view -- exactly the same way as what -- is the Polk Belk. As would John -- Add as what Edmund Burke as what Milton Freeman as would all the great. Now's not a time. I walked off in -- never neverland. Look at the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

At the National Republican Senatorial Committee headed by John Cornyn of Texas who by all accounts is supposed to be a good guy.

Well let's look at our records now we. At one point they -- Arlen Specter over pat Toomey. At one point APEC Charlie Crist over Marco Rubio in Nevada they back in -- over Aaron angle. In Colorado they back Jane Norton -- but.

Now to me was nominated. Marco Rubio nominated Karen angle nominated and got nominated.

Ladies and gentlemen as the Tea Party. Ladies and settlement is -- can -- hope. Purchased -- Republican establishment. Can't -- not -- that we let the -- they. Those states would look much different today and we as a nation would be much worse not. The National Republican Senatorial Committee headed by senator John --

That Mark -- Patrick --

They back Mike -- over our candidate Christine O'Donnell. -- we leave Christine O'Donnell and -- now. Pay back in Kentucky drag -- that. Over Rand Paul they backed Bob Bennett and you tell over Mike lady -- we have Mike Lee we have ran off. Two solid constitutional. In Alaska they back Lisa Murkowski who couldn't even say that she would repeal health care over go Moehler. And right now other up the dirty tricks and Alaska trying to steal that elect and try -- what the vote. That is the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Indiana. They -- Dan Coats over marlin Stutzman that's been being a solid conservative coaches are not.

A nice enough guy.

But he's not. The solid conservative. And I could go. You say. Thank. Millions and millions. Have not left politics. The other people. Probably wouldn't have made.

Any crime it's none. These primary candidates would not have warm.

And we had a pretty damn good record we can't win them all.

But we've done a lot. This is hard work. It takes time it's not flashy.

We have millions of people. Whose names are on now. Working hard. Newly reformed. Every -- constitutional republic. We're doing it exactly the right way exactly as the founding fathers would want them to --

You see ladies and gentlemen faith.

In the civil society are not mutually exclusive.

There one in the same. We believe we conservatives what we believe. Because we have.

We believe private property rights because we believe in individual.

We believe any Republican little art form of government. Because we reject your. There in -- related. This is exactly the point I tried to make -- liberty and tyranny to two at one point two million people and appoint women and they also Heidi.

These characteristics. Are not separate elements. One to be prefer over another.

They're of the saint. Liberty private property rights. Family. Duty.

Rule of law. Respect. They're one in the saint.

But when the civil society is under attack.

By the very government that is supposed to nurture.

Then you have to stand up of that government.

Then you have to become involved.

If anything. We waited too long to become --

And now that the people are rising up now that there is they have billion rebellion. They peaceful rebellion going on in this nation. And towns.

And hamlets. In communities all across this nation.

Reform can be had.

The Republican establishment still stands on our way he must defeat it. We must crash.

Because we must be victorious over.

Otherwise it will be victorious over us and there will be no reform. Here's a piece the Washington examiner by Timothy Kirk excuse me --

He points out senator Lisa Murkowski. Apparent defeat in the Alaska Republican primary which they're trying to. Used dirty tricks Rivera sent there. Isn't just a defeat for the Republican establishment of the National Republican Senatorial Committee which in keeping with standard practice -- her nomination. The US the result is above all -- senate majority leader Mitch McConnell you need to listen to this.

As the the primary defeat of Utah's Bob Bennett in the spring challenger Joe -- likely when replaces a close. McConnell confident with a -- accommodating conservative so now we now. Two -- McConnell is closest advisers. Bob Bennett. Who was defeated. And Lisa Murkowski who was defeat. McConnell is becoming minority leader -- seven. Has built his own kitchen -- and he writes consisting of two or three official council senator's campaign by him who attend GOP leadership meetings along with the elected party leadership. Both -- Murkowski. -- So we have a little leadership problem it sounds to me the Republican not. Side of the senate.

What -- do we draw from politics what we. Are rather.

Yeah well. If Mitch McConnell doesn't welcome these conservatives who you are standing at the united they edit. And help pick as to why. He needs to go till we don't not can't help for the that's.

We get off our asses and make a difference.

That's what we do it.

We want in Virginia we want in New Jersey we want in Massachusetts. It has been in the making for a long time. This has been going on for eighteen months. The American people -- not what. They read -- ten. Days. And they've been rising up -- If this election had been held eighteen months ago we wipe out a --

We're hoping in Washington.

That you're back off pay there.

The political play field. -- The establishment but to refuse. You refused.

You remaining gates.

The founding fathers would be proud of.

Barry Goldwater would be proud of Ronald Reagan would be proud of.

The men and women. We'll let movements.

And anyone who made a difference or tried to make a difference throughout our history.

They would be proud of -- Thank god they didn't -- on the sidelines.

Because there'd be no America.

Republicans lead by 51 to 41% among registered voters in Gallup weekly tracking. But 2010 congressional voting preferences. That ten percentage point lead is the Republican party's largest so far this year and it is the largest. In Gallup history of tracking midterm generic ballots going back -- 19480.

Wouldn't be a shame if we wiped out now let. And Mitch McConnell. And others. We're still. Blocking. Our constitutional -- Zero point.

He fired. Being okay. More than ever before. This also saw ideas -- one it's no wonder what god and faith it's -- one went duty. It so -- what.

Politics because what is --

Politics. He can go read Aristotle he explains it another's but. I'll do my best politics. Is simply the manner in which.

We will show us.

If we become a tyranny.

What do we tell our kids that we didn't do anything.

What do we do that.

That's why we stand up today.

Here's -- partisan. Or not for Republicans and Democrats. We're partisans for conservatives. What are you gonna do on election night.

He's gonna be. Watching the results you're gonna be hoping conservatives win. He's going to be saying to yourself I don't care about politics. You're gonna be hoping we win.

Because -- intelligent. Because you've.

You've done so much to reach this point. Because we have to win because -- Thomas hall has said and I've sent myself. We may not have another chance god knows we won't have --

So we fight now.

Before it really is too late. And we do tip over the edge of the cliff.

When I tell you about -- It's like you can't open a newspaper without reading about another identity theft stories like this one for. So a man who looks nothing like. Orange County real estate magnate Donald brand allegedly walked into the heroes branch of East West Bank. Open accounts and brand name and deposited a one point four million dollar federal tax refund -- stolen from -- According to a criminal complaint made public. Now the unknown man that drained more than one point one million dollars from the council for the next four weeks according to the complaint by the US attorney's office in Los Angeles. So that people -- count with a fake Social Security number and driver's license. Didn't allude to -- job as chairman of Irvine company he giant land developer it's steady listed his occupation as smoke shop. According to the complaint. Look no one can stop all identity theft but hearing stories like these makes me glad that I have life clock protection. And I encourage you to get -- and get it right now. If they can rip off the billionaire I promise you they can rip you off to. Now should you become a victim of identity theft while a member of life slot because of the failure in their service. They'll help you fix it up to one million dollars. Restrictions apply to -- and he -- dot com for details. Now enrolled now and mentioned mark sixty that's mark sixteen to try life -- risk free for sixty days. Cancel -- within sixty days and you'll receive a full refund. I would wait any longer you don't you look over your shoulder. The campaign that we social security and credit card numbers. Now. -- Does that life Loc dot com that's life flocked dot com or call 1888. A 941. That's 18888941. More time write it down 18888. 941.

So what I'm trying to do is make clear to the Republican establishment and the leadership. If people are doing this so you can screw up and play your usual games. We're watching. We're monitoring. Over the National Republican Senatorial Committee he gonna very crappy job.

all backed the nominee in the general they sang well good for you. We expect that. But we want you to back the conservative all the way through.

Look at your windows at the rallies.

Listen. To your radio. Read your email. Read your snail mail. Wake up and see what's going on around you the American people want change. And that includes you know. In if you cannot carry the ball across the finish line if you don't epic character of our convictions. And you're gonna go through we'll be right back.

I like Haley barber the governor of Mississippi also was in mean Reagan administration.

And here according to Politico Mississippi governor Haley Barbour cited his own leadership in the Republican Party Sunday is proof that national GOP organization to organization. Data primaries. Face the nation host Bob Schieffer asked barber whether the apparent defeat of yet another Republican incumbent. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska would wary of the party. Barbour responded by saying he never took sides in GOP primaries when he was head of the RNC. -- his current role as chairman of the Republican Governors Association. So when I was chairman of the RNC as you mentioned last decade we never took sides in primaries. We did not endorse incumbents over challengers. Same way as I'm chairman of the Republican Governors Association today.

Isn't that interest. He said we don't take sides in primaries and here's why the Republicans and Alaska have a right should pick their nominee. Now apparently Mitch McConnell. And John Cornyn who don't agree with.

Because they won't back incumbents no matter what they want back. Governors running for the senate even if the governors will lose. Mean they've backed.

Crist. For the longest time --

By the way so it McCain -- state that Mark Kirk against a conservative and by the -- Senator McCain just so you know.

And today they're backing Michael castle.

Phillips said that he will not vote to repeal government run health care.

Against O'Donnell.

I wanna call on all the big.

Hosts out there. To start getting involved in what's left of these primary elections. Like in Delaware. -- Christine O'Donnell needs our help. This is now. In part. We'll save the republic I firmly believe.

In Arlington Virginia the great WMA out quickly don't. Yeah I. I am so -- so tired of this we're gonna battle and I -- not -- port call that much. Between our legs.

I'm sort of shaped object in the navy for 28 years. I I believe in play but. I looked -- data that you had people tell me that this is not a time where not to worry not.

Not gonna put down I thought that was a great rally to be perfectly honest with you but we need to do other things. And those other things include. Taking their battle to our enemy and crushing them. Thank you for your service we'll be right back. He's okay.

Only underground. Feet from the bowels of hidden bunker somewhere under the -- feel. We once again made contact without leaving them there.

My friends this is.

Our two mark them. 8773813811877381. Create one I must forget the number of -- some breaking news ABC news exclusive.

Two men taken off for Chicago to Amsterdam the United Airlines flight in a Netherlands. Have been charged by Dutch police with the preparation of a terrorist attack US law enforcement officials tell ABC news. US officials said the two appear to be traveling with what were termed mock bombs in their luggage. This is almost certainly a dry run a test said one senior law enforcement official.

some people want us to disarm. That's the amazing. That they don't understand the enemy here.

A spokesman for the Dutch public prosecutor -- Coleman. Confirm the two men were arrested this morning and said the investigations ongoing you said the arrest remain at the request of American authorities. The tour lab aboard the flight at O'Hare airport last night despite security concerns surrounding one of them the officials and I guess in the names were frank Smith and Ernie Johnson --

The men were identified as Ahmed Mohamed Nasser -- A Detroit Michigan and he's down Pala marry seeing the official said. A neighbor of Al -- told ABC news he's from Yemen Yemen.

I thought he was from Sweden.

Airport security screeners in Birmingham Alabama. First got out of being referred him to additional screening because of what officials said was is all -- clothing. In addition -- also he was found to be carrying 7000 dollars in cash and a check of his luggage found a cellphone taped to a pepto bismol bottle. Three cellphone tape together several watches tape together in a box cutter in three large knives. Officials said there was no indication of explosives and he and his luggage were clear for the flight. From Birmingham to Chicago there was a dry run there's no question about it. Once in Chicago officials say they learned of Allison feet checked his luggage. On a flight to Washington Dulles airport for connections. On flights to Dubai and then Yemen even though he did not board the flight himself. That official sales of he was joined by the second man Al Murray seen. In boarded the united flight from Chicago and Amsterdam when customs and border officials learned about -- Learn -- also he was not on the flight from dollars to Dubai. The plane was ordered to return to the gates was luggage can be removed official said. Additional screening found no evidence of explosives.

Now profiling. What it --

I mean what can I -- it.

This just goes on and on and on and we're supposed to pretend otherwise. From yemenite if you have what do pick three countries that their potentially front right.

Yemen and Saudi Arabia would be to have.

All right. Now Obama. Obama they say you really really wants to go out there and flyer rounding dropping of these different cities and talk about -- but he doesn't know what to say.

I mean it's not as if he hasn't been running this government into the toilet for Tony months getting pretty much whatever he wants.

So there it was today at the White House first we have this memorable cut here's the torture I -- get ready cut six out.

What we did know. Was that it took nearly a decade. What we've. How would go outside guests. There's a lot of press welcome. What we did know was that it was gonna take nearly a decade. In order. They got owners. We try this one more time.

But jerk right now. Now we actually here's something although it's still.

seven out unfortunately this bill has been languishing in the senate for months of the jobs held up. Bi partisan minority there won't even allow it. To go to about how to stop right there so let me get this straight.

Economies in the toilet.

He has bent over a trillion dollars redistributing wealth.

Massive new regulations. As far as the -- currency. But this little shop they'll fix everything. It'll drive down unemployment it'll create private sector got.

This little jobs bill will do exactly what he wants to do even though that big stimulus bail.

a big you know what.

You know everything he noticed -- wrapped. Is what are spending about this little jobs out of a reverse everything. Then everybody will have secured jobs they'll go shopping -- heat their homes as what little now. And Republicans. All forty of them in the senate they get blocked everything we have a Democrat against Essex. Couple of independence the socialist whatever but they all -- with the -- people as Dixie Democrats. An overwhelming majority in the house.

And it's Republicans we aren't we we fixed this whole jobs thing but this bill in the grip. Guess what mr. -- went up -- crap nobody.

the respondents. You've had your shot at it. Our children and grandchildren to be paying for your mess for the rest of time for the rest of their time.

You have a jobs bill doesn't mean.

Pennies on the NBC nightly news yesterday and.

With that Brian Williams let's listen to this one cut eight out.

The economy is stonewalling for the start going recesses of --

Ladies and gentlemen the economy slow growing of one point 6%. When you're coming out of a recession it and still at least grow five point 56 point five even 7%. That's the only way you can recover some of these jobs -- create new jobs.

What does he mean it's so great this is this is essentially no Greta let me tell you something. -- of mine.

We're -- depression. Hey there I sent. I know otherwise the Great Depression every depression doesn't have to look alike were in a depression.

11 out of every three homes being sold. Is -- or short sale or foreclosure. Went up seventy. Of the people who want jobs and get jobs. They're not what part time jobs -- temporary jobs are they dropped off they -- job market. That's of oppression that's almost. One out of every five. One business is it going under. I mean what you call this isn't a garden variety recession well it's a depression. And I don't care what people tell me.

Technically technically one.

When you know the answer Obama's opinions once the spend more.

I -- get this one more jobs bill through before the election fix it and that won't raise taxes on the rich hey that's never been tried before.

Don't fix it --

Economy still growing go ahead mr.

I've got things right now been -- before congress that we should move immediately about that so before I went on vacation while people say -- one another I'm back. We should be passing. Legislation that helps small businesses get.

All right stops so what we need are more spending.

We're spending. Like human beings have never spent before ladies and gentlemen.

We're spending so much money. At the next generation the generation after that.

And that generation after. It's gonna have to pay for. We're spending money that has to be raised.

I have a century from now to pay up this --

In Obama says the problem is we're just not spending enough.

I've got these bills before congress and they just this is in any in Memphis. -- They don't have had a break loose. Where they don't wanna break.

You see ladies and gentlemen this is how you destroy the civil society. This is how you destroyed. A constitutional republic.

They just won't let me perfecting my ideologies and they won't let me spend more regulate more. Take more their property their liberty and torment them more. If they would just do what I tell them that is the way I count on the go and how many times I tell them to do it. --

But they just won't. Matter fact they're opposing me can you believe that. If they would not opposing me if they get out of the way can you imagine all the things I could do.

Well let me tell you the things that you've done.

Mr. President --

USA today that has some really good research in investigative articles from time to time. Government anti poverty programs that have grown to meet the needs of recession victims now survey record of one in six Americans. And are continuing to expand.

So ladies and gentlemen we're almost. He's trying to wipe out the productive Clinton's people call it the -- I call the productive -- that is the people who pay for everything. More than fifty million Americans are on Medicaid the federal state program aimed principally at the port. Fifty million.

That's up at least 17%.

Since December 2000 -- Virtually every Medicaid director in the country would say that their -- enrollment is the highest on records is Vernon Smith of Health Management Associates. The program has grown even before the new health care law at sixteen million.

At a drained doctors private physicians are already indicating that there at their limit.

Says Dan Hawkins the national association. Of community health services so this is even before the.

The magnificent paradise a government run health care kicks employee. This is. The welfare.

The welfare state is in collapse as I've said over and over again. More than forty million people get food stamps an increase of nearly 50%. According to the government data. The problem has grown steadily for three years. Hey slow average and as more people become eligible economic stimulus law signed by Obama last year also boosted benefit she didn't know that. He expanded these welfare programs so more mart people they don't want who previously didn't qualify.

Now that's getting people back to work.

Closed at ten million receive unemployment insurance nearly four times the number from 2000 -- But who was president in 2000 beat bush. Benefits -- it ended by congress eight times beyond the basic 26 week program. Enabling the long term unemployed to get 99 point. More than four point four million people are on welfare at 18% increase during the recession. The program has grown slower than others. Causing Brookings expert Ron.

To question its effectiveness in the recession.

Caseloads for all the programs have soared. So have costs. The federal price tag for Medicaid it jumped 36%. In two years to 273. Billion dollars. Ladies and gentlemen. It's massively out of control. Its collapsing. Jobless benefits have sort from 43 billion to 160 billion. Food stamps program has risen 80% to seventy billion. Welfare is up 24% to 22 billion taken together they all cost more than Medicare.

Steady climb in safety net program caseloads and cost has come as a result of two factors the recession. And the White House and congress and states have expanded eligibility. And benefits so.

Expand government.

The same time the economy. Is on its back.

And they say it's not a depression.

Now.

Always need to do is tax the rich. -- He do tax the rich already.

Did you know that they're rich yes those people learn a couple 100000 dollars a year that filthy rich billionaires -- little business. You already do tax them more than everybody else. You already do tax. Not only what they -- But what they sell. But they produce. Tax the rich.

Now I say throw the bums out we'll be right back months -- okay.

Dallas Texas a -- WBA --

Hey it's -- Padilla showed you again and have had a really bad day so make it a lot better to be able to speak with you my room. I pathetically question -- a little off topic. -- I'm dealing -- about what called American exceptional and that it wanted to know if it hasn't been very clear what exactly is that and I read the conservatives' favorite so what exactly it American -- journalism what didn't bat and why do we period.

Our first thoughts on a question of us favoring it it is a fact. If you take a look at democracy. In America. By Alexis de Tocqueville. He goes on page after page after page. When America is a different an exceptional place. He even talks about how it is different in New York. How what is different from most societies in the history. And it's because. As as he puts it we have a government. That not only recognizes. The right of the individual. But respects the individual and nurtures the individual. In in -- society. And -- government in ought to hold on I'm gonna finish my --

Thoughts on this in a moment which tells -- we'll be right back. Users where Hollywood liberals come. Among women show was Brad -- 377381. 311.

Every young person in this country. Should be rejecting this status should be rejecting Obama camp allows you read. Knew what these people were doing that they know how they were hampering.

That's our job as conservative. This is what the Republican Party stands for Christmas but the Republican Party must articulate and getting cross.

I expect that Kelsey --

Studied the -- American exceptional -- Kelsey let me do with this when -- stimulus. -- sir how many governments are formed to restrict themselves.

How many governments -- it formed to re direct them. To restrict them so.

Very field. How many how many in other words of the constitution. The constitution places restriction after restriction after restriction. On the federal government. Why does it do that. 100. Okay so how many countries have constitutions like that very few. That's exceptional. The founding fathers in our. Founding document the declaration of independence it's them is it is of the consensus. View of the time. Talk about natural rights and natural law unalienable rights how many how many governments where. Established based on that I mean how many societies are based on that constant.

I'm not sure about this long I'm sure it's one Paris. One.

Do you know what all that means by the way.

Your. What it means is that we have certain rights. That no man can take in no government can take. I mean they can try an -- who tried but they cannot legitimately take -- he's he's a rights that we get from not. The right to life. Liberty and the pursuit of happiness what they meant by pursuit of happiness. -- The pursuit of those things that motivate each private property rights and the into that take care of your own health and safety and so forth -- that to be able to protect yourself. You won't find many societies based on that either will.

Online now he's taking notes I hope. Core and that what's my -- I can't take notes are now I don't have any pen and paper but I've been listening and I I usually get back on her web -- the -- but in -- later.

The cable -- how many how many societies.

Relying nor did anyway. On private here. But I am glad I don't know anything not back when that you know the founders are starting her relation.

Well -- I mean so these are all concepts they grow out of John -- they grow out -- the Scottish. Enlightenment. Dated human now Adam Smith among others. They grow out of the notion of checks and balances and divide it powered. Month to -- You know deep thinkers very very important men. Who. Who were able to tap into. Human nature. Like very few others. And what should have a most of these other governments are models that are created and imposed on humans as opposed to. Societies that are really aimed at trying to have. Can -- the human thing and that's that was what I think is most exceptional about this country never ending net flows from that my friend. Our mark I appreciate it I don't get any plus and thanked me. --

Might Tara hot Indiana great WI -- dealt. And you. And the military. And I served under bush senior. And voted Republican. So -- conservative at all that time. Seriously I got into a union and they -- into the building Democrat. Particularly poor Obama. -- about to say you didn't convert me back to. Conservative. Wave breaking and I'm looking really good. Conservatives here in Indiana the goal for the year.

While potentially who's running in year congressional district I don't know what district that is at the look that up. When I don't know who do you have a congressman India have a race going on there.

been all of marked. Like a it's loaded all the way in poorer.

Well outside of like when you when you call back at some point before the election and let me know who's in years. History and -- district is and we can talk about it. Okay well. Hey go get him good luck. I remember in 1980 the Teamsters union I think it was the carpenters union and the -- Ronald Reagan. I don't know what's happened of these union bosses but to be backing a man who's destroying jobs. And by the way destroying all jobs union and nonunion to beat back a Mac guy with millions and millions of dollars from their. Membership is really preposterous. Grotesque. Chris.

Sunnyvale California. Where I lived it. One point the great Kansas -- Harry you.

Hi mark I am just fine. Actually -- all right now but I didn't think of before taking on an hour Campbell is and did you ever -- stands -- battling in San Jose -- Johnson -- there and I I think going oh my god I'm -- needs some of those than me I grew up in Santa Clara so my mother just sent me to stand still -- but apparently.

And right about that place. Yeah. So how did -- but it -- what -- they --

He really is -- right ahead on senator.

Let's talk about today is that what you can note that you inspired yes. Meaning I -- group we have a group called liberty volunteered. -- you know mark that. You know your ranting and raving that the pollen gets here. We started a group called. Liberty volunteer at the -- we have with a teacher neat I read it you need to come out here in fact my book for me was. And I will -- doesn't have a cup --

You know what maybe well maybe we'll all meet its hands and that's sensible duke who can bring that actually can -- about twenty of us that's about it. Can't go there on a Saturday the lines out the door exactly. Anyway I am sorry annually to educate and.

So we have this group called -- volunteer in the south stage and we have become such an act of this group of what we do that we. The conservative candidates and we support -- We been so focused on I'm supporting their candidates we. We work first City Council and the district most of the time we know a picture that was apparently he's been artistic or not mark and and then we go and we typically been supporting assemblyman. Chris complaint states the -- And believe this man we got -- I'm a bit state senators to two thirds supermajority vote in state of California. Yates. Simply that we that we and we got a lot because we all their protective -- day in and day out. And one -- and -- a couple times -- we -- I'd have to work every single day. So what we're doing right now is where you don't -- Wouldn't I'm going to tell all her writing letters were door knocking and just let burn -- When your door knocking don't ever knock at your opponent door. --

Yes it is scary aren't very scary. Well listen I'm gonna I'm gonna send them you -- you group based sighing Cathy -- tyranny Christina wanna thank you very much you live in a very beautiful area. And wonderful memories of Sunnyvale and Campbell and all those areas around there and there's some really nice ones so. Saratoga when in my thinking Los Gatos. Many anyway you take care of pleasure. Beautiful part of the country don't hang out. -- book.

Let -- scouted David. Orlando California the great WD Leo go country.

your comment earlier. To get you know what you call filed every day. -- and it continued today they wanted to know what I would not Caucasian. They wanted to know a pilot that Vietnam vet they want -- know -- and children. Go to -- you know -- I minority program what do I may. -- hope that -- day everywhere I go the government why did note something about me. And yeah it's a shame that they can't -- people that people who file and then they wanted to dominate. It's daylight and I love you man.

All right -- god bless you my friend.

I need to get down to Orlando tuned if it isn't -- climbed in the Disney World a few years I used to go every year sometimes twice here. It's another one of my favorite places. But things got to get better with little Griffey here I just can't believe I'm not going to exceed he.

Go to Michael. In New York -- WABC don't. Thanks for taking my call. -- is -- continue to get involved get involved get involved but our ports are being stolen from a the national popular vote initiative. It's a program that there's already been passed as safe state law in Massachusetts security Maryland Illinois and Hawaii now where am I elect doors are going to be exciting.

But individual that we international popular vote and.

Yeah on -- around slow down. I get a headache when people call -- talk like this apology yes. Well. He talked that way now along Melanie place and we've talked about this a great lance. I have I've also gotten on of the history of the Electoral College. And also explain how senators -- a joke because they liked more colleges more small. US senate is. Two seats assigned to every state no matter what their population is there's no question that this is diabolical mind you. These constant efforts to chip away at the constitution. And what really gets me Michael east though there. When it comes to health care they don't care what the people think the vast majority American people didn't want it and yet when it comes to running for president they want -- policy like -- college have a popular vote. And force every eight. To throw its Electoral College to whomever gets the most popular vote diet.

Practice administrator and the abomination of that this is what they're doing with health -- going to bankrupt the country and I'm going to --

It's not right that it's not too late last public question you.

He's not saying it's like he's saying. He -- that if we do not take back the government starting in this election may be too late you've got thirty seconds ago.

At the constitutional attorney how do you weigh the usurping the constitution by not changing how we elect the president by an amendment clears. States' rights -- allowed to dictate -- electors -- used.

But you know they -- to a point. The way you framed it I don't believe is a 100% accurate and I've had people say while constitutionally the states can do that. But constitutionally the states cannot fundamentally change the constitution without an amendment and.

We cannot but that the electorate that they see it now. That's the -- I've talked about this Atlanta before I've got to go to a break. And that's not the history of the Electoral College as a matter of fact it's not the history of this country I got I've got to move on goal line.

Now by now most if you've heard how important is to consider goal as part of a diversified portfolio and if you haven't heard it you really do need to listen. Having a mix of assets may help diversify your risk. And that's why many people consider adding gold to their portfolio the company I'd choose the only company I recommend his goal line. Gold mine is an industry leader -- more than 300 employees. Over half a billion dollars in annual sales. And an eighth plus rating from the Better Business Bureau. A gold isn't just for the elite. It's for anyone looking to diversify their portfolio. So isn't it time you learn how to add goal to your portfolio. Goal line has been helping people acquire called for fifteen years. I suggest you call my friends -- goal line for a free investor. That explains why diversifying your portfolio with gold may be right for yeah. And be sure to ask paper -- free shipping on your first or.

I don't see the economy getting better I don't see the dollar getting any stronger I see more -- paper being print it. Icy -- I -- deficits eyes he trouble I'm just one main. Called goal line at 877365. Point. Ask them about the different payment options and read their important risk information to see if buying gold is right field. And number 8773652646. Don't wait get the information now. Tell them Mark Levine and you and you receive the latest issue the American advisor newsletter which is a 25 dollar value of with the free -- line investor kit. So call them right now -- 8773. X five point. 8773652646. Months and yeah.

Strong sense I'm not just talking about us and conservatives. That Obama has burned all his credibility. The most of the Mac. Like I say not just conservatives.

He's made so many false promise. And broken some obviously. How do you believe.

These these promises about lowering the ocean and we are the people we've been waiting for. That we're gonna keep unemployment. An 8% of the law.

That we're going to redistribute wealth when in fact what he does is spread misery.

When he talks about tax cuts for small businesses and most small business people will tell you. They don't get any tax cuts.

All of these promises. And what are we have to show for. -- more massive. Disaster. And the economic problems. That existed when he was elected president. -- manga 52 point 7% of the vote. Does anybody think of that election were held today even with a miserable John McCain.

And Obama would of one.

No I don't think so.

He's a failure. In everything he's done has been a disaster. What he did is he took d'antoni who are fine. And now it's blowing up all over the place we'll be right back.

So the.

Upon administration basically.

Turns in Arizona the whole status of violating human rights. The UN.

Think this is what's gonna make a lot of people's turn -- to that kind of behavior. Me tell you that pisses off red blooded Americans from sea to shining city.

This is what frustrates us this is what angers us. It's kinda disgusting behavior by this president in this administration.

Gloria Toms River New Jersey WABC -- Gloria. You must be in any. State of glory because. Frankie -- Held on his championship belt against BJ Penn in what was another great. She's the Ed care fight. On USC on Saturday did you see it now. Right giant.

I cannot donated forty years though -- I love my country. And I have to give a rebuttal to that. Senator Reid announced the on Spanish. Anybody but some brains wouldn't go from public. My home my -- has been handed. Anybody with common sentiment online wouldn't vote for Democrats but to me I call you let them know you're crying and I really well Obama is preparing at. For a Third World election he told me ICC to release oil and illegal immigrants that do not have looked only against them he wants the criminal. Two -- And then when the plane around with the Electoral College yeah.

In his area are you are you trying to say it because we talked about this -- there was a memo.

That basically said one not a memo actually a story in the Houston Chronicle let's sat in this going to spread countrywide. That ice is going to release of those illegal aliens who is not broken a law beyond their illegal entry into the countries have -- got an ammonia. That's a disgrace yeah absolutely not and by the way have you read many other new stories about it. Now have you heard much talk about it.

Now this this this is what I mean this is these guys they they run in to federal court they say we get the set they.

To enforce the laws when it comes to immigration. And what are they doing.

They're running their own laws and you know the -- today. Everybody kept and and it gets don't commit another crime but everybody else and then we'll give you the step up.

Probably won't change your way. It's a complete charade we'll be right back. He's okay.

The university at buffalo political scientist. -- buffalo -- with a sterling record. -- prognosticate. Eating presidential elections is predicting. But democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will turn over her gavel to the GOP come January.

The presiding Democrat and to lose about 51 seats in November says Jane Campbell professor of political science. University of buffalo. -- predictions stems from a crystal ball filled with scientific equations based on polling -- events all point to a stunning reversal of fortune for the Democrats. Who took over the house and 2006. Quote after two election setbacks they're poised for a comeback Campbell says of Republicans. Partisanship ideology that mid term decline from the prior presidential serves the partisanship of districts being defended. And even Obama's approval ratings have set the stage for a significant. -- gains by Republicans in the house.

Then we just tell you this I'm telling you that we have got to keep anonymous Republican leadership.

Now among other things -- out polls pointing to a more conservative mood throughout the country.

The suggestion that Democrats are overexposed and hold more seats than usual -- leaving more seats in trouble. Presidential approval and its influence in previous mid term elections it looks. A -- use much of the same methodology to protect presidential elections with significant success. Now he uses spare -- specific to the house defaults during his contention that voters will pull more Republican -- He said here in June 201042%. Of respondents told Gallup that they were conservatives while 20% claimed to be liberals. 35% said they were moderates. And nearly even division of partisanship in the conservative -- and ideology suggests that the parent equilibrium in the electorate is far more Republican. In the status quo on the house. Paul's primary -- the emergence of the Tea Party movement Republican victories in 2009 including Scott Brown's 2010 senate win. Unmistakable stirrings of a revitalized right in mr. producer. Let us just for the fun of it.

I was on the Sean Hannity this is the -- anyone -- one writer in my Iraq. Was this radio.

Horrible cut one house on May 22 2009. Well over a year ago.

On this. On this program. I believe -- But here's what I set count one go.

Make no mistake about it ladies and gentlemen I was the first to say this has been repeated since. We are involved in a silent. In terms of non shooting civil warn us. We hold the certain values and beliefs you and I upon which this country was founded. And our adversaries do not. And you can hear it every time Obama gives a speech he can hear it every time Pelosi and Reid speak. These are miserable people trying to do miserable things. And I will not be lectured to -- fact entries in this business or anybody else. About how to speak about them or truth. Everything is on the line everything's that say this isn't a debate in society. I'm not running for office. We all have overalls. And our responsibilities. As citizens and this is mind. So let's -- two points second.

One of mine. Where appearances on Kennedy's TV show. On July 1 2009.

More than a year ago cut.

Who go here's the little secret conservatism now is on the ascendancy. The political pundits the experts don't see yet. It's on the ascendancy not just because its popularity in my book. Not just because of talk radio not be just because of the the repulsion of the extreme radicalism of this president this congress and and they're lurching so fast and so hard to the left. But people really do wanna keep most of what they aren't you know they're concerned about. Other people but they don't wanna go broke override government entitlement programs that very concerned about what's going to happen to their children. With trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars in debt being created in period of months they're very concerned about this phony cap and trade which would give the EPA authority. Over your homes and your house and your toaster and your life call. They know that that when they wake up in the morning they love this country they know they're blessed to be here in the heart of liberty. They know that they work hard in the government should not take forty or 50% of their income. And Obama stands for all of this he stands for all the wrong things. And I think the American people are picking up on it and.

July 1 2009.

Here on this radio show August 312009. Almost a year ago to that day. Cut three go and you Pelosi poppies. That is you phony blue dogs. You are gone then that's what that means. And -- who stepped out right now. Distance yourself from the Marxist wing of your party -- to call the Stalinist. In the extortion. That's step out from the state of swinging your party. And become a leader in opposition to what's going on. Rather than a little puppy so what should I do what should I hope. You'll be defeated. You will be defeated when I'm gone away our numbers are building. You can hire as many thugs as you want as many unemployed. People that you want as many homeless people as you want. They give their group's names and whatever. That's not enough that's not enough. You've awakened. The silent majority. And as I said last week. Which you don't understand is there's a silent revolution doing. Meaning in non shooting a political revolution god. Whereas I saint liberty and tyranny I shouldn't say the size that's been it will land that one let's try one more. September 24 200911. Months ago cut forgo. Americans. You know Americans are slowed act to push them -- potion he -- potions and eventually. You get their attention they got our attention.

They got our attention. Silent majority no longer. And we are the majority. And never forget it you may think you're alone and you're not there are tens of millions of people just like -- More unequivocal. In their devotion to this country unequivocal in their lives in this country.

Passed out from one generation to the next there are people will love this country toward new -- shorts.

Who came to this country is illegal immigrants. And AMR respect for our tradition and our institutions. That -- respect for the declaration and constitution.

President of the united they speak at our house and the majority leader of the senate. And many of these people come from.

There are millions of us millions and millions of us we must turn now we must be heard. It's not like we're asking you to go off to war. We're asking you to be Paul Revere ended the Paul -- today right now. Get involved with your family your friends your your neighbors I say it day in and day out right about it at liberty here any yet.

Involved with your co workers and you'll have your hat. And I don't take credit for that don't post and take credit for but I am the -- to. I'm thrilled to --

Because I knew it was possible. Because I know America. And I know Americans. And they rise to the challenge. In this is a huge parallels -- He could see it building on backlog that you could see it building over time.

Generally don't.

Because this president in this congress acted so quickly. And did so much. That was troublesome. That was done.

That they grab the attention of the American people.

I mean this wasn't superficial stuff. Wasn't that fun not edges it was right in your face that was fundamental to who we are.

And they didn't care what we sent. Obama thinks that he 52 point 7%. He electoral victory. In powers him. To ignore the constitution. To ignore the will of the people and basically do whatever he wants.

Pelosi Reid felt the same white children today.

Because after the first Tuesday in November when we rout them they're still gonna trying to pass laws through this lame duck congress.

And they will pay a price for that one day to. Because it's an abomination.

But you could see this growing and growing growing. Movement. From one end of the country to the other. And all these these great -- who have stepped -- to run for office. To campaign for people. To -- local organizations. To attend rallies to go to see at town hall meetings. To get involved in what I call surge is to try to pressure members of congress.

He could feel concede.

This is a neat historic election. They like to say historic all the time this is say historic election the first Tuesday in November. And I believe -- all my heart. And I hope with my -- That'd take complete blow up.

And then the focus. Will be on the next election. As well as. The Republican leadership.

I know the leadership and their staff listen to this program I know because they're trying contact. I want you to listen to me very very careful. There are millions and millions of people.

We're involved in politics like never before.

And those people aren't doing this. Because they enjoy it when they have time for.

They're doing this. Because they're. Deadly serious. About preserving this nation. And saving the next generation. And I am telling you if you're not serious about these. These issues. If you don't have the capacity. To step it up. And lead this charge you're going to have to get out of the way. You'll be made to get.

I am deeply concerned.

I'm reading of this so called kitchen cabinet of the Republican leader in the senate. Consisting of Murkowski of Alaska. He left of center center Republican. And Bennett of -- all. Very much a -- Sure they're very nice people this isn't about nice people this is about the right policies.

If you can't confront this effectively.

And by this I mean the most radical president an agenda that we have faced in our lifetime.

And you have to step aside. Like a bad coach. I -- general.

And political leaders must. He pushed -- I am more. Frankly concerned about the senate and the house.

I just -- Because they hang around the senate long enough and they're all -- They're gonna trying to control the patriot conservatives who are. Sent to that body --

They're gonna try and control them or they won't send them off. It is nothing work put them on nothing committees. I wanna be clear. We the American people are speaking. We are fighting like hell against the National Republican Senatorial Committee. To get the right people nominated in get them in the congress.

If you stand on our way. You need to be crushed and you need to be defeated so.

This country's two important. In our children it's so important.

To put up with this thing. We'll be right back months. Okay.

And.
