Has announced that next step in the Obama administration's efforts. To drastically diminish the scope of immigration law enforcement. According to -- draft policy document now being circulated among a limited group of stakeholders. Ice chief John Morton. Intends to prohibit not only his officers. But also local officers were 28 at -- 287 G immigration authority. From busting illegal violence. Who were discovered as a result of traffic violations.

This 287 G authority is congress authorizing local and state law enforcement. To detain illegal aliens and turn them over to the federal government.

Never mind that local patrol officers rights Jessica -- Around the country routinely come across unlicensed illegal alien drivers. In unsafe for uninsured vehicles sometimes transporting van loads of smuggled. And illegally employed aliens was stolen like identities. Forget the 9/11 terrorists the Fort Dix plotters at Times Square bombers money brokers and many other notorious illegal aliens. Who -- and our streets without -- encountering local cops or immigration law enforcement. Don't mention that the Colorado state patrol is eliminated knock on wood. Alien smuggling related to traffic fatalities. By implementing a 287 G program that removed illegal aliens caught going. I'm safely apple driving -- they don't Colorado roads. He believed this. Now you cops you you sheriff's you know exactly what this means.

This means illegal aliens should this become effective and they're trying to make it effective well thumbed their nose if you. -- become incredibly difficult. To enforce virtually any aspect. Of our immigration laws.

This guy -- chief Morton has already implemented a catch and release policy. Whereby ice catches removable aliens in jails or through local arrests and then releases -- but the most serious offenders from custody. Making matters worse ice agents are now defaulting to the most time consuming deportation process. Even obviously removable aliens are routinely dumped. On the overloaded immigration court dockets await hearings before an immigration judge instead of using the perfectly legal. And more efficient administrative procedures available land to remove an illegal alien from the country. This means. Even criminal aliens can hang around for many months after their discovered. While it proceedings they are usually free to continue their life of crime -- driving as was the case for Carlos Montana. The drunken illegal drivers who recently killed a -- in Virginia. A very large share. Wanna bother to show up for the immigration hearing when that day finally arrives it's no wonder. The number of aliens remove this year's noticeably lower than last year. At this policy goes farther stipulating that ice will not even take a look. At the illegal aliens who expose themselves the law enforcement. By committing traffic violations. And neither will those local officers who have discovered lots of illegal aliens in the courts have been fortunate. Traffic --

So when they met a couple of weeks ago. And that big event they all came back from the recent vote. To send more cards. To the border 15100. We're gonna secure that border. Really and how exactly are they gonna do.

are we -- secure that border when the Justice Department has a grand jury impaneled. To go have to show up high.

And how we got to secure that border. And that Justice Department brings up -- lawsuit. In front of my liberal activist judge. Trying to prevent Arizona. From protecting its citizens. Under existing federal law. What we have here is may have. This is not law and order it's the opposite.

It is a rogue administration going rogue. Things.

And that's another reason we gotta throw their asses out as soon as we can't.

Was trying to undermine the very carefully structured finance. Federal immigration system. And as such they were violated the supremacy clause of the constitution. And that preemption. Clause and an on and on not really. What really is going on here is the Obama administration refuses to enforce federal law they're violating their own oath to uphold the constitution. And what they're really in court trying to do. Is to prevent the enforcement of the law here. Period and they are defying. Congress they're defying what past administrations have done. That's what we're talking about here.

These people do not care what the law has the same and yet there they aren't -- judge -- As clueless liberal activist got.

I thought it wanted to know. Illegal aliens in many respects have more rights and -- But don't worry -- traffic courts won't be.

Even local law enforcement will not be free to detain. Because nice doesn't want them to paint.
